DSG, Inc. owns electrostatic finishing equipment for all types of projects, from large industrial models capable of finishing large structures to our Ransburg #2 units, that allow us to apply coatings to metal items like file cabinets, elevator doors, medical and dental equipment without removing them from your office or facility.

The Electrostatic Process involves atomization of the paint through the action of a spinning bell. The paint mist is actually drawn directly to the grounded metal target object by an electrostatic charge of up to 180,000 volts. The resulting finish is of an almost automotive quality, beautifully smooth and even.

There is virtually NO OVERSPRAY! and overnight and weekend refinishing is available, this allows us to do the painting with minimal disruption of your office or facility.
